The baseball sirloin is a thick round cut from the center of top sirloin. It’s a lean delicious cut that is easily prepared in a hot pan with olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper. Average weight is 6-8 oz cuts.  Our Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC!
