Beef Flanken Cut Ribs (Often used in Korean BBQ)

Each package is around 1.6 lbs. Flanken ribs are cut across the bone, resulting in thin strips of meat with cross-sections of bone. The thin, cross-cut style is perfect for quickly absorbing a marinade and grilling over high heat.  La Galbi is the popular Korean BBQ dish using this cut.  Our Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC!
