London Broil (Clayton, NC)

The "London Broil" is a special cut from the Top Sirloin that can be broiled and sliced thin with its juices for excellent roast beef or slow cooked in a crock pot.  For a special treat sous vide then sear for exception tenderness that rivals filets if done right! Average weight is 2.5 lbs.  Our Black Angus Cattle are pasture raised and grass fed in Clayton, NC!
